BNA Bank Announces Staffing for New High-Touch Personalized Banking Center in Lee County

December 1, 2014 – TUPELO, MISSISSIPPI: BNA Bank headquartered in New Albany, Mississippi, announced staff assignments for the new banking office to open Monday, December 8th at 2919 Tom Watson Drive in the rapidly growing Barnes Crossing area of Tupelo. The staff will be comprised of bank veterans specially trained to offer new high–touch personalized banking service to customers. Universal Bankers will greet customers at the door and have the ability to assist each customer personally with all of their banking needs.

Jonathan McCoy, Vice President, Loans has been with BNA Bank for 7 years at our Belden office. He has 17 years of lending experience, and specializes in both consumer and business loans.

Barbara W. Doles, Barnes Crossing Branch Manager, Assistant Vice President, joins BNA Bank with 23 years of banking experience in consumer and business retail banking.

Melissa Bickes, Universal Banker has four years of banking experience as a Teller and New Accounts Representative. She has been with BNA Bank for a year as a teller at our Belden office.

Kristen Bouchillon, Loan Assistant, has been with BNA Bank for 7 years as a New Accounts Representative and Loan Assistant.

Tonya Hensley, Mortgage Originator, joins BNA Bank with 23 years of consumer and mortgage lending.

Taylor Kitchens, Universal Banker, has 3 years of financial experience. Taylor will also focus on consumer lending.

Matt Purvis, Universal Banker, has 2 years of financial experience. Matt will also focus on consumer lending.

Amber Sutton, Universal Banker, has 4 years of banking experience as a Teller, New Account Representative and Loan Assistant.

Bo Collins, President and CEO of BNA Bank said, "This staff is well equipped to bring a new level of excellence to both current and new customers." The new facility is the institution’s second location in Lee County, joining, the BNA Bank Belden Banking Center which opened in 2007. "We are excited to expand in the Tupelo and Lee County market and strengthen our presence in the community," said Collins.

The Barnes Crossing Office official ribbon cutting ceremony will take place in conjunction with the December CDF Business after Hours on Thursday, December 11th at 4:45 p.m. The office will concentrate on personal and small business financial services. In addition to traditional bank services, the office will also offer mortgage loans, insurance and investment services.
